Making a will

Everyone needs a Will but most people simply never get around to it.

We call at a time and place of your choosing to guide you through the whole process. We then translate your wishes into a legally binding document written, as far as possible, in plain English.  The all-inclusive, fixed fee for a standard Will is only £150 for one person and £300 for two people. We have always offered Value for Money and and guarantee this by our Best Price Promise. This means that in the unlikely case of you subsequently finding the same service for a lower fee then we will gladly refund the difference.

County Wills was one of the first independent Will Writing companies which started trading in 1992 with the basic formula of a fixed fee and a home visit being successful from the very beginning. This mirrors the approach of Brook Worthy Law who believe the best approach is to meet face to face.

Based in the Manchester area we offer services covering all of England and Wales.

We have always been totally independent and focused on our core business of writing Wills.

Other services that we offer

  • Lasting Power of Attorney
  • Partnership agreements
  • Trusts – General Protection Trusts and Lifetime Asset Trusts amongst others
  • Probate and Estate Administration

We have over 30,000 clients spread all around the country and abroad.

Personal recommendation is the cornerstone of our business. All our new business now comes from either the friends and relatives of existing clients or from introductions from people in the Financial Services industry. In this way we can keep our overheads to a minimum and pass the savings on to our clients by spending absolutely nothing on advertising!

Our team

We have over twenty years’ experience in delivering friendly, high quality and cost effective services to our clients. We have a team of Consultants spread around the country who undertake all the home visits. Our team are here to help.
